We have industry connections - we host in-house workshops four our talent on the latest trends with expert speakers from Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Youtube.
We keep our talent up to date on the latest trends, news and features before they are released - all so our creators always feel up prepared, on top of their game and in control.

We understand that being self-employed can come with a unqiue set of challenges.
We are passionate about financial literacy and empowering our talent with the knowledge to really feel like they are their own boss.
We offer financial forecasting, accounting consultations, and monthly workshops on tax, investing and more.
Regarding our own fees - we NEVER take a percentage out of your fees. We adopted a finance structure modelling agencies use and applied it to our industry - our 20% fee is added ON TOP of your fees, payable by the client.

We understand that working in social media can have a significant effect on one's mental health.
We offer mental health and wellbeing support to our creators, from therapy sessions to a more holistic approach -meditation, breathwork classes and more.
